I thought it was that, but when I was there the upload button was greyed out. It's ok now though thanks. Must be going daft (

oh Alex just to add to last bit once you chsange it press green up arrow on far right to upload to server..

I have changed it via rcon but will need to change main config on server, on rcon tool it us under gametypes tab/gametypesB/CTF you will need to press the green arrow at foot of CTF section and let it populate, then change wave spawn delay. As I say it is a temp fix and must be set into main server config, let me know how you get on bud..

Hi Clive - getting random but sometimes long re-spawn times up to 15 seconds on CTF WAW server. Consensus is fixed at 5 secs. Gizza clue what to do ...
